What We Do Following a Noise Complaint

When you submit a noise complaint, the Environmental Health team will review and prioritise your request.

Before we investigate your complaint, you must complete and return the Noise Complaint Investigation Agreement below. Once we receive your signed agreement, we will invite you to submit evidence using the Noise App, which is free to download on iOS and Android. Please see the User Guide below on downloading and using the Noise App. 

Access to The Noise App will be provided for four weeks, during which time you can record and submit evidence of the noise issue. The information you provide will help us determine whether further investigation or enforcement is necessary.

Your complaint will be processed in accordance with the Noise Complaint Investigation Agreement.
