Sir Kevin Sinfield CBE - Final 7 in 7 Challenge comes to St Helens!
Sir Kevin Sinfield CBE has revealed the route for his seventh and final annual challenge to raise awareness and funds to support the MND community across the UK and Republic of Ireland. 7 in 7: The Grand Finale will see rugby league legend Kevin return to his roots across the north of England. Once again, the 7 in 7 team will complete an ultra-marathon every day for seven days starting on 28 September at the home of Rugby League World Club champions Hull KR. They'll visit each of the home grounds for the 12 English Betfred Super League clubs before finishing on the pitch at Old Trafford ahead of the Betfred Super League Grand Final in front of 70,000 fans. Kevin and his team will be running in memory of his former Leeds Rhino teammate Rob Burrow CBE who died from MND aged 41 in June 2024. On Friday 2nd October, the team will travel from Salford to St Helens Brewdog Stadium. You can view the route or book your free ticket inside the Brewdog Stadium to welcome Kevin in.
St Helens Autumn Couch to 5k 2026 - Booking Now Open
Our Autumn Couch to 5k programme starts on Monday 28th September 2026. This 10-week beginner fitness programme uses a mix of walking and (optional) jogging, to gradually build up your running/walking ability.
