*If our officer visits your property and determines that no pest treatment is necessary, then an attendance charge of £46.18 will be applied and the remainder of your pre-paid treatment costs refunded.
*If an officer visits your property and determines that insect identification is needed to determine the type of insect, then an attendance charge of £46.18 will be applied and any further treatment will be chargeable once identification is completed.
