St Helens Council do not have the devolved powers to remove a vehicle for the sole reason of being untaxed. 

To assist with your enquiry, please follow below instructions before proceeding

Use the following link to check if a vehicle is taxed - Check Vehicle Tax (DVLA) 

• If untaxed, go to related content on right of the same page and click on 'report an untaxed vehicle' 
• Under Steps to report a vehicle as untaxed pick number 3 'Report the vehicle online'
