Apply for dispensation to park
Dispensations may be available for purchase to allow vehicles to park in restricted areas of the highway in order to carry out works to premises where there is no alternative parking available. Dispensations will only be issued for longer than two weeks in exceptional circumstances.
All applications will then be assessed by the council's Parking Service for approval.

How do I apply?
- Download the St Helens Council application for suspension or dispensation form (PDF, 199 KB), complete it, and email it to parkingservices@sthelens.gov.uk or post to:- Parking Services, Atlas House, Corporation Street, WA9 1LD
- Email parkingservices@sthelens.gov.uk and an application form will be sent out to you.
