St Helens Borough Council being the authority for the purpose of the above legislation, hereby gives notice that an application has been made by St Helens Council on behalf of the premises St Helens Town Hall, Victoria Square, St Helens, WA10 1HP for the approval of the premises for the solemnization of marriages under the above legislation.

Notice of objection to the application stating reasons for the objection should be submitted in writing within 21 days of publication of this notice.
