Wesley House
St Helens Borough Council is offering the Freehold sale of Wesley House and the former Wesley Methodist Church with vacant possession.
Offers will only be considered if made on the Tender Offer Form (PDF, 372 KB)(opens new window) and uploaded onto The Chest (NW Procurement Drive Register). If you are not already registered on The Chest, you will be required to do so before submitting an offer. Supporting documentation should be provided with the Tender Offer Form, a checklist for which is on the final page of the document.
Offers must be submitted via The Chest no later than 12 noon on Friday 9th October 2026.
St Helens Borough Council is not bound to accept the highest, or any offer received.
