You are welcome to ask for a review of the original decision which we must receive within 28 days of the refusal letter being sent to you.

Please include any further medical/supporting evidence  for us to consider alongside all the documentation already provided to us. Please note if you do not ask for a review of the decision or this is unsuccessful, you cannot reapply for a blue badge for 6 months unless your condition significantly worsens and you can provide evidence to show this, or you are now in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits under the without further assessment eligibility criteria.
