Mental Health Standards

What is the 'Mental Health at Work Commitment'?

The 'Mental Health at Work Commitment' is a framework developed by national mental health charity Mind. It's based on the Thriving at Work standards, pulling from pledges and standards that are already out there using up-to-date research, from UK employers and mental health experts. For more information, visit the Mind website

Organisations can sign up to the national commitment. Once signed up, you'll automatically be enrolled into an email journey. Look out for your welcome email containing a welcome pack with social media assets and communications templates. You'll then receive a series of regular emails packed full of information and resources to support your organisation to achieve each standard.
