Suttonfields

Discount market sale, with priority for local people, Sherdley Road, St Helens, WA9 5BT

This development will include three more homes with a 20% discount on the full market price.   Later in 2025 a four-bedroom home is expected to be released. In future years two three-bedroom homes will become available.
