Review of English Cities Fund Overarching Development Agreement |
The English Cities Fund Partnership with St Helens Borough Council is controlled through an Overarching Development Agreement (ODA). Given the progress that has been made since the origination of the Partnership, together with the learning from initial activity, Cabinet approval was provided in October 2022 to undertake a review and, where necessary, update aspects of the ODA to bring it in line with current market conditions. This DED presents the negotiated amendments to the ODA for agreement. |
