Due to an upcoming system change, the "Report a Change of Address" online facility will be unavailable from 24th July 2026 until further notice. Change of Address notifications should be submitted via email to counciltax@sthelens.gov.uk or through our other forms of communication. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
You should report changes in circumstances, including if you are no longer entitled to a discount or exemption within 21 days of the change.
