Industrial premises available to rent

The council has the following industrial premises available to let:

• 1 Sutton Oak Drive, off Baxters Lane, St Helens, WA9 3PH
• 12 Moorfoot Road, off Newton Road, St Helens WA9 2DE

The council offers these premises for rent on standard commercial leases. Each requires some repair and refurbishment.

The council will hold an "open house" event for each of these premises, which will be for a set period on the below days: 

• Thursday 24 April, 10am - 12pm at 12 Moorfoot Road
• Thursday 24 April 1pm - 3pm at 1 Sutton Oak Drive
• Tuesday 29 April, 12pm - 1pm at 12 Moorfoot Road
• Tuesday 29 April, 2pm - 3pm at 1 Sutton Oak Drive

The council invites "best" offers. Please complete and return the Apply to be a Tenant (Word doc, 84 KB)(opens new window) and the relevant 'Make an Offer' form by 5pm on Friday 9 May 2025.

The length of lease requested must be a minimum of three years. 

The tenant will be responsible for all repairs and maintenance of the premises (and an obligation to undertake the Tenant Works as set out in the relevant document).
