Do you have a question about SEND?

We recognise that this will be a worrying time for families of young people with additional needs and are committed to helping you with any questions or enquiries you might have about SEND.

As most council employees are now working from home in line with government advice, please contact us using the 'Get in touch' form on the homepage. Also, you can call the general SEND Advice Line on 01744 67 10 54

This will make sure that your enquiry is passed to the right person and you receive an appropriate response as quickly as possible.

Listen 4 Change are working with the Local Authority, St. Helens Clinical Commissioning Group and local health service providers to deliver theListen 4 Change parent carer forum logo above session on Tuesday 28th September 10.00-11.30.
The session will take place on Microsoft Teams, you do not need an account to access it. You can have the camera on or off.
This will be an opportunity to find out more about who provides which service, what the service offers to children and young people with SEND and how to access the service. There will also be the opportunity to ask general questions about the service. Due to confidentiality and the fact that they won't have access to files, the speakers won't be able to answer any personal queries but there will be the opportunity to share any issues or concerns outside of the session and I will facilitate that for you.
