There are three different types of collection, Standard, Special and White goods. Items need to be placed in your front or back garden or on your driveway from 6:30am. Electrical goods and furniture must be kept dry and be accessible throughout the day for us to collect until about 5:00pm. We are sorry but we cannot collect items that are left out in rear alleyways and we are unable to arrive at a specified time.
If you want the items collected from the back of your property please ensure our crew can get along the rear access and it is not overgrown. The crew have a key to open alleygates.
Please make sure items are not bigger than 6ft x 4ft or they will not fit in the back of the vehicle and may not be collected. You will need to dismantle or break into manageable pieces heavy settees that cannot be lifted by 2 people into the back of the wagon before we can collect it.
If you need to cancel your Bulky Appointment, you can let us know by using our online contact form or by telephoning us on 01744 676789. However, please give us at least 2 workings days' notice to ensure we can cancel your booking as we usually plan collections at least 24 hours in advance.
