Easter Bank Holiday bin collections

Article date - 11 April 2019

All collections will take place one day later than usual around and following the Easter weekend Bank Holidays.

With a long Bank Holiday weekend to look forward to, there’s always that little bit of confusion in households about recycling and waste collections.

But there’s no need to anxiously wait to see which bins your neighbours are putting out and when, because it couldn’t be simpler.

If your normal collection day falls on Friday 19 April Bank Holiday (Good Friday), your collection will be on Saturday 20 April.

All collections will take place one day later than usual during the week of Monday 22 April (Easter Monday Bank Holiday), as listed on your personalised collection calendar.

Please have your recycling and waste ready for collection for 6:30am.
