Fit Forever

Our Fit Forever programme delivers activity sessions across St Helens aimed at improving health and well being amongst the 60+ age group, particularly males aged 60+.

There's lots of activities to choose from including Badminton, Boccia, Bowls, Darts, New Age Curling and Table Tennis, all which you do at your own pace and there's plenty of time to socialise too!

Whether you want to improve you health, get more active or meet new friends, there's something for everyone!
