Our Youth Sports Programme works with large numbers of young people aged 10-24 to increase participation in sport and physical activity. A vibrant and varied offer runs on a weekly basis and is free to attend, unless stated.
You can now follow our Youth Sports Programme via social media: Facebook – YouthSportsSTH / Twitter – @YouthSportsSTH / Instagram – YouthSportsSTH. Every week we have sessions at various locations and equipment is provided – all you need to do is turn up and give it a go!

Due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, unfortunately we will no longer be able to deliver face-to-face sport or fitness classes. As a result, all sessions and events advertised are temporarily suspended.
However, we understand the huge health implications of becoming isolated and, as such, we will be giving out ideas on our social media pages to support your health and well being. These can be found on our Facebook and Twitter pages so follow us on @YouthSportsSTH
