Earlestown Saturday Flea Market

We still don't have a date for re-opening, due to the second-hand nature of the goods and our ability to properly manage social distancing. We are working hard to implement new measures before reopening to traders and customers.

Earlestown Friday Market

A limited number of casual traders are permitted onto the outdoor market.

If more than five casual traders attend, they will be allocated a position based on what they are selling (i.e. commodities not already represented by licensed traders on the market).

All casual traders wishing to attend the Friday market should be at the Market Office by 8am, sign in and wait to be allocated a position. Casual traders must not set up without permission.

We are working hard to promote social distancing and safety around the market, which is open from 9am to 4pm.

Shoppers can expect stalls selling the following:

  • Fruit and veg
  • Fish and meat
  • Confectionery
  • Bakery
  • Pet food
  • Plants and garden
  • Fashion
  • Books
  • Handbags and luggage

Traders are spaced at least one stall/position apart to promote social distancing in queues and we have implemented a one-way system.

St Mary's Market

The market is open each day and there is also a fortnightly Saturday craft fair from 9am to 3pm.

Other markets
