In line with the most recent government guidance, we are no longer conducting face-to face appointments at our office in the Millennium Centre.
Any appointments made for you will be conducted over the telephone by staff working remotely. However, we are still here to offer advice and support.
If you are homeless today and have nowhere to stay tonight, or have been given notice to vacate your current accommodation, you can still access our service in the following ways:

If you find yourself homeless outside of these times or at weekends or public holidays, you can contact the Emergency Duty Team on 0845 050 0148 and they will assess your situation.
If you have an ongoing case being dealt with, you can contact your caseworker on the number given to you at initial interview or by email.
If you are a landlord or tenant and are concerned about what procedures need to be followed to issue/enforce a notice during the pandemic, you can access further detailed government guidance at www.gov.uk/coronavirus. We urge all landlords and tenants to abide by the latest government guidance.

Like everyone else, we have had to change the way we work. However, we are still here for adaptations, hospital discharges, assistive technology, urgent internal home adaptations and repairs, and for advice and guidance.
Please bear with us as there may be a delay in dealing with your general enquiries and non urgent adaptation referrals. The availability of contractors to work within client homes is also restricted.
If you have adaptation works currently on hold, we will be in touch following the removal of government restrictions to advise on progressing works, subject to contractor availability.

We may be able to assist you with emergency minor works and heating system repairs, subject to contractor availability. However, all non-urgent home visits are currently suspended. You can read current information on energy supply.
The HMO Licensing and Housing Standards team continue to liaise with tenants and landlords and can be contacted on 01744 671636 or firstname.lastname@example.org. However, all non-essential visits are suspended.
The Gypsy Traveller Liaison Service is still operating for the community. However, there may be limitations and restrictions on visits due to COVID-19.
