Download and print our storyboard template and create your story.
Take a photo or scan of your artwork.
Write a sentence saying what would make you a good #BetterThanThat Crew member.
Ask your parent or carer to email your artwork and sentence, along with your name and age - to the email below.
Entries are open from 9am BST on 1st April 2021 and close at 5pm BST on Friday 30th April 2021.
By submitting an entry via email, parents/carers give permission for their child to enter the competition.
We'll share our favourite entries on social media and the winner will be revealed within a week of the closing date.
We'll then contact your parent or carer to ensure delivery of the grand prize.

This is a prize competition:
The competition is free to enter and requires no proof of purchase
There are three prizes, for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place artworks. These are vouchers provided by Toast Cafe, St.Helens, 149 Denton's Green Lane, WA10 6RG. The cash value of the vouchers can only be spent in Toast Cafe, no cash alternative can or will be substituted.
Entrants must have permission from their parent or carer
Entries must be submitted by the entrant’s parent or carer
Entries are restricted to one per entrant
Entrants must be resident in St Helens
Entrants retain copyright and their original artwork, only photos or scans should be emailed
Winners' names will be published on St Helens Borough Council's website and social media channels
Any personal information published will be the minimum required in line with the Privacy Statement

Entries will be judged after the closing date and the winner(s) announced within a week of the closing date
The competition judging panel consists of Councillor Jeanie Bell (Cabinet Member for Safer and Stronger Communities), Jerry Harris (Safer Communities Manager, St Helens Borough Council), Beverley Jonkers (Neighbourhood Support Officer - Safer Communities, St Helens Borough Council) and Jennifer Kaye (Marketing and Communications Officer, St Helens Borough Council)
The winning prize decision will be based on subjective interpretation, therefore, and in line with The British Code of Advertising, Sale Promotion and Direct Marketing (the CAP code), an independent judge has been appointed (name available on request)
