THE MARRIAGE AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS (APPROVED PREMISES) REGULATIONS 2005, AS AMENDED
St Helens Council, being the authority for the purpose of the above legislation, hereby gives notice that an application has been made by Greenacres Celebrate, being the Proprietor of premises situated at Blindfoot Road, Rainford, St Helens and known as Greenaces Celebrate, Blindfoot Road, Rainford, St Helens, Merseyside WA11 7HX, for the approval to use the premises for the solemnisation of marriages and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of the Marriage Act 1949 and the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
The application, together with a plan of the premises which accompanied it, may be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Any person may give notice of any objection to the grant of approval to the application with reasons for the objection in writing to be received within 21 days from the date of the application appearing on the council’s website.
