The Council are proposing to make an Order under the above Act, the effect of which will be to make Keswick Road One Way it’s junction with Canterbury Street to its junction with Wolseley Road such that traffic will be permitted to travel from south east to north west.
The closing date for comments on this proposal is 3rd August 2017.

St Helens Council being the authority for the purpose of the above legislation, hereby gives notice that an application has been made St Helens Council, Town Hall, Victoria Square, Merseyside, WA10 1HP for the approval to use the premises for the solemnization of marriages and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of the Marriage Act 1949 and the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
The application together with a plan of the premises which accompanied it may be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, WA10 1HF between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Any person may give notice of any objection to the grant of approval to the application with reasons for the objection in writing to be received within 21 days from the date of the application appearing on the Council's website.
