The Ministry of Justice has mandated that personal injury claims falling within the scope of the pre-action protocols must be processed using the Claims Portal. St Helens Borough Council therefore expects that all related notification of claims from Solicitors will be by means of an electronic Claim Notification Form (CNF) submitted direct to the relevant Insurance Company through the portal.
