Ministry of Justice Reforms, Important Information for Claimant Solicitors
New protocols extending the use of the RTA portal scheme to Employers Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) insurance claims up to £25,000 came into effect from the end of July 2013.
St Helens Council expects that all related notification of claims from Solicitors will be by means of an electronic Claim Notification Form (CNF) submitted direct to the relevant Insurance Company through the portal.
