    Ministry of Justice Reforms, Important Information for Claimant Solicitors

    New protocols extending the use of the RTA portal scheme to Employers Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) insurance claims up to £25,000 came into effect from the end of July 2013.

    St Helens Council expect that all related notification of claims from Solicitors will be by means of an electronic Claim Notification Form (CNF) submitted direct to the relevant Insurance Company through the portal.

    The following information is provided to assist you in submitting Public Liability and Employers Liability claims directly onto the portal:-
