Visit your local library to borrow the latest books, read a magazine, meet your friends, attend an event or use one of the many high spec computers providing free internet access. Central, Moss Bank, Thatto Heath and Chester Lane libraries also provide Apple Macs and games consoles. We also offer a free library service to the housebound and to those attending day care centres.
