PLEASE NOTE: The Deregulation Bill 2015 grants all maintained schools the right to determine their own school term dates.  St Helens Local Authority will be recommending that schools follow the above dates for 2016 -17  - these dates are based on the standard school term and holiday pattern previously agreed by local authorities in the Merseyside area. However, it advises parents to check with the relevant schools before booking any holidays.
