Due to system upgrades taking place, our Customer Services team would like to advise residents that their main Contact Centre telephone lines  - 01744 676789 / 676000 will be open from 9am instead of 8am on:

• Wednesday 6 March 2013
• Thursday 7 March 2013
• Friday 8 March 2013

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure our customers that normal service will resume from Monday 11 March 2013.
