Chief Executive - Carole Hudson
The Chief Executive, Carole Hudson, is the most senior of the Council?s employees. She has overall responsibility for providing an extensive range of Council services. These are delivered in line with policies and priorities set by elected councillors and the requirements of relevant legislation.
As the Head of Paid Service, Carole leads and manages the Council?s workforce of 8400 employees and administers an annual budget of £209.6 million
