Recycling and Refuse Bin and Container Ordering
What can I order?
To order a brown or green wheelie bin please telephone the Contact Centre on 01744 676789. There is a charge of £17.50 for new or replacement bins (brown or green), and they cannot currently be ordered online.
People living in St. Helens can order recycling bags and boxes online and also request repairs or pickups of damaged or unwanted bins via the same online ordering system.

We aim to introduce online payments for bins in March 2013.

The information provided on the online form will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. It will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of processing your request/enquiry, and satisfaction monitoring.
Orders - further information
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the delivery of recycling containers, and up to 3 weeks for wheelie bins.
Please note - whilst waiting for delivery of a Brown wheelie bin, please ensure that any rubbish is securely tied in a bin bag, with a label attached to say that you are awaiting delivery of your bin.
